I just wanted to take a minute and write a letter to say “Thank You.” In an era where mass retailers are constantly getting bigger while their customer service gets worse, it is comforting to know a place like HiFi Buys exists. Over the past 10 years I have made many purchases from your store for my house and my vehicles and never once has your commitment to customer satisfaction faltered. When it comes to customer service I have high expectations and I can be very demanding. I can honestly say without hesitation that HiFi Buys has exceeded my expectations every time. The one thing I find truly amazing is not only does your staff do a tremendous job during the sale, but when I come back in with questions or difficulties I am treated with the same great level of service. You guys are the best and please know I do appreciate the way I am taken care of from the moment I walk in the store to the time I leave.

This is just a quick note to tell you of my experience with your store recently.
I had been shopping for a large screen TV and had made the rounds with stores like Circuit City, H. H. Gregg and a few others before I wandered into your store.
The salesman to greet me was Jon Paul Hooper and I want to express my appreciation to you for having Jon there for me. Jon gave me more courteous no~pressure help than I had received anywhere. Jon Paul answered questions for me that I had not even figured out how to ask. Because of his expertise,l knew that I would be buying from Jon.
I am very pleased with my Sony and the service I received. By the way, all of your people there have been most courteous and helpful to us each time we have stopped by. Thanks for being there.

I visited your store in Nashville for the first time about one month ago and over the course of the next several weeks purchased over 25 thousand dollars of audio equipment. Needless to say, I was very impressed with your store. But I was especially impressed with the service I received from T. J. Goldsby who assisted me with all my purchases during this period. He is truly focused on providing a level of customer service that I have not seen anywhere else. His sales qualities are unique and represent your store admirably. I just wanted to recognize him for such outstanding service which I appreciated very much.

Over the last few weeks I have had the pleasure of dealing with T J on some speakers purchases. I can not tell you how refreshing it is to deal with someone who cares about the average customer. T J does not have the audio “attitude” that you see at so many stores. When I asked him if he had my phone number to call when a piece came in he literally ran to the register to check it out. He actually acted like he wanted my business and went out of his way to insure I was satisfied.
This is what customer service is all about and why I will be calling HiFi Buys Nashville first in the future.

I was in your Nolensville Pike store recently shopping for a stereo cartridge for my vintage 1970 Pioneer turntable. I purchased a Grado Black series cartridge at the recommendation of the friendly sales associate, Nathan. To ensure professional installation, I returned to the store two days later so John and Nathan could install the cartridge to exact factory specifications. The bottom line is the turntable ROCKs, and so does your customer service. I will tell my friends. Thanks to Nathan and John and to HiFi Buys.

This letter is to commend your employee Lee Dobson and the car stereo staff!
I recently had a complete audio system installed in my 2003 Pontiac Vibe. The components I had purchased at various online stores and brought to HiFi buys for installation.
The installation was great and very professional-looking, and the sound was awesome. However after about a month of use the amplifier (Infinity brand) went bad on me from constant overheating and quit working. I brought the car back in and Lee had it analyzed and told me it was indeed fried.
I contacted the online company but they were not an ‘authorized’ Infinity dealer, so there was no warranty on it. Lee helped me pick out an Alpine amplifier from there in the store and I had it installed. I’ve been enjoying it for a couple of weeks now with no problems, and it sounds much better than the Infinity with no overheating.
Lee took the time to show me the settings on my radio and explain how they work with the new amplifier. He has a great deal of knowledge on car stereos and was very professional and customer-friendly. I will definitely use HiFi Buys for all of my future audio needs, and will recommend your store to all of my friends also. Please pass this along to Lee and staff for me, for a job well done!

I stopped by Hi-Fi Buys today during my lunch break. I was going to take a look at what they had, and then go buy from a big box store so I could actually afford it. When I walked in, I met Lee. He was not pushy, and told me to let him know if I needed any help—I figured that their car audio stuff would be out of line for me but I needed something small, that they ended up having in stock and ready to take with me. About 30 minutes later, I left with a JL Audio Sub, JL Audio amp, and a wiring kit for the system. When I got home, I installed the amp, and had a problem. Lee took the time to walk me through two parts of the install. I was amazed at their customer service, what they have, AND THE DEALS THEY WILL GIVE YOU!!I These guys have my business for any future home or car audio purchase!!!!!
